I received this USB 3.1 Type C Hub by Prociv-Supplier free for my honest review, and while I would love to tell you that is a great product, my experience with it is not good. After trying the hub with several different electrical supplies and trying to charge several different devices, I was unable to get the item to work- while the lights did come on on each power button they didn't charge my devices. I contacted the seller to report the item wasn't working and I was told to read the instructions (as if that wasn't the first thing I would do if I couldn't figure out how to work a product.) After a second attempt to contact the seller - in which I got no reply- I must assume that its a bad product and/or dysfunctional. As I received this item free there is really no point to return it/ request a refund.
