Singing Bowl

Whenever I listen to guided meditations or binary beats I would always hear the most beautiful tones but never really knew what they were until I went to a retreat and got to play a variety of Tibetan Singing Bowls and completely fell in love with not only the sound but the experience of making music and feeling the vibrations. This bowl is a 5 inch bowl that can be played quickly for higher tones or slowly for deep tones. The bowl looks as though it was hand made showcasing hammer strikes and imperfections adding to its allure. It comes in a beautiful box, perfect for gifting, with the bowl you also get a pillow for it to sit on and wooden mallet. The mallet has one end that is wrapped so you can use other end for different sounds/ vibrations. The bowl is very easy to pick up and start playing right away, by simply running the mallet around the outside rim of the bowl. Softly striking the bowl makes the sound start quicker and louder. The 5 inch bowl makes a sound in the note of G which is perfect for the Throat Chakra, allowing your to open that chakra aids communication. If you play this bowl rather quickly you do get different tones and it can be used for assisting with the other chakra(s). Beyond chakras the sound and vibration created by playing this bowl aids in achieving deeper meditation, relaxations and stress relief. Two Person Hammock, Heavy Duty Double Wide Nylon Camping Hammock for Couples, 400+ Pound Capacity

I had never used a hammock before going to the Florida Keys last year, and I quickly found that hammocks are amazing. I suffer from insomnia and have for the better part of my life (being on sleeping pills since middle school), but there's something about the weightless swinging feeling in a hammock that puts me right to sleep. Right when we got home I rushed out and bought a hammock only to find that it just didn't support my weight, and certainly wouldn't have supported both my husband and myself. I had given up on my dreams of peaceful hammock sleep until I saw that this one was rated for 400+ pounds! The hammock is very lightweight and fits into the attached small bag (see pictures). It weighs just over 1lbs and could be put into a backpack or attached to it with the clips for camping/ backpacking. The hammock is rather easy to hang but I will say that the included rope is a bit small and I had to find the skinniest yet still strong trees on my property to hand it from. Once up I had my husband (who is over 300lbs) climb in to test it and it held him perfectly. Eventually I got him out of the hammock so I could give it a try. The nylon material is soft and keeps cool even in hot temperatures. The sides are a bit high and if its only 1 person laying it in it, they tend to wrap around the person creating a cocoon- but it would keep the bugs off you when out camping. The connectors are very strong and supported both of us laying in the hammock so it can support more then 400lbs if hung right. Zenfuze 3-in-1 Fruit Infuser Water Bottle with Flip Top Locking Lid, Clear (27 Ounce)

I love flavored water and own a couple fuit infuser bottles and pitchers. I just dont like the taste of plain water. This bottle is different then the others in that you can open and infuser from the top or bottom of the bottle. I love the option to put the infuser in the bottom as I use strawberries and other fruits with small seeds and it helps ensure they stay in the bottle! Being open the top and bottom makes cleaning this bottle a lot easier too. Being only 27 ounces makes it one of the smaller infuser bottles but you get a much more fruit taste to the water, and it takes a lot shorter amount of time to get flavored water. The bottle itself is clear plastic, with a while lid and bottom piece. The infuser and filter disk are clear so you can see what goodies you have. I like to set up my infuser bottles at night and leave them in the fridge over night for maximum flavor. You have to make sure you get the bottom and lid on pretty tight as mine did seem to leak a bit sometimes. Overall this is a upgraded version of a pretty neat way to drink flavored water. Fogless Shaving Mirror

This Fogless Mirror is great! My husband likes to shave in the shower instead of at the sink- He likes to wear a goatee and is always messing it up have having to start over. This mirror has a very powerful suction cup that holds it to the shower wall (or mirror if not in the shower)- its hard to take the mirror down/ move it because it sticks so well. The suction cup has a turn knob that fastens it to the wall- making the bond even stronger. The mirror itself doesn't fog but as it is 5X you have to stand pretty close to it to get a clear picture. He uses razors that have several blades- making the handles very large and this mirror holds both his giant razors and my smaller ones perfectly in the holder. This is a great mirror! I have been on a weight loss journey for about a year now. When I first started I didn't know the first thing about exercise or all the products there were out there and I am only now starting to try out different products- with exercise balls being one of my favorites. There are just so many different things you can do with one (even more then I thought there was!) and the included Ebook has given me so many more exercises to add to my daily routine. This ball is awesome- I love the purple color- It matches my live infinitely water bottle perfectly and its my favorite color! Its made with very strong material that supports my full weight and I don't fear it'll pop like some other balls I've used. It comes in a small box (deflated or course) with 2 plastic stoppers, a tool to remove the stopper and a pump. I had originally thought I could deflate it between workouts because I have such a small space but that's not going to be option. Pumping the ball up took around 10 minutes with the included pump and about the same time to fully deflate it enough to get back into the box. The tool to remove the stopper is very useful but I will say that it was pretty hard to get the stopper out, (which is good thing as it won't come out during use) but when it finally did come out it went flying across the room. Since that first day I have just left it full and shove it into the closet when not in use. This is probably the best exercise ball I've used and I love that it comes with the ebook- it has already taught me so much more about working out! I printed the ebook and created a workout binder- I love all the detailed colored imagines- they ensure that I am doing the exercise right- thus avoiding hurting myself! While I would consider myself "young" still in my early 30's, time is cruel and I've been hard on my body. From a massive shoulder injury to sciatica I have my fair share of 'pains'. In the past I have taken to pain pills and rest and just hoping the pain would decrease. I got the chance to review this item at a discounted rate and I figured it wouldn't hurt to give it a try.... And what I got was just the opposite of hurt- The Tens Unit Muscle Stimulator quickly massages away small everyday aches to the live altering severe pains alike!

The machine comes in a small box complete with 4 sticky pads, 2 plastic things to store the pads and their wires, the 2 wires to attach to the pads, the unit itself, charging cable, and instructions. The machine is very simple to use, once charged turn it on and choose your favorite settings. The interface is also very simple to use- with pictures of the type of massage for quick, easy usage. I like to use all 4 pads at once, putting 2 on my bad shoulder and 2 on my lower back. I love that the two different sets can be separately controlled for my two problem areas. After only a few minutes with this on the pain starts to reduce and after the 20 minute timer stops, I feel wonderful! The machine itself is chargeable and then portable- if you wanted you could use it on the go- I had mine on in the car on a road trip and every time my back started to act up (from sitting in the same spot for too long) I turned it on and was able to relax and have my pain reduced.

I honestly don't know how I've lived without this small little gadget for so long. I is such a great little product! I don't just highly recommend this if you have any pain- I'm telling you, You NEED this product! The Tens Muscle Stimulator has changed my life in just a few days!

This flask boasts it time to party- being a flask (commonly used to house alcohol) as well as a the imagery. The flask itself is very durable, metal and has a good seal. The flask is made of stainless steel making it very durable and stain resistant. Being steel, it should last for a very long time. It has a very strong seal and does not leak, however the opening (like most flasks) is rather small and therefore its not very easy to fill- a funnel is needed unless you have a very steady hand. The lid is held on to the bottle when open by a long arm, so not matter how much you drink (or smoke) you won't loose your lid. The image itself features a large marijuana plant leaf and the phrase "Grass Smokers United Local 420" in bold White and Red Letters. The back of the flask is plain. The flask comes in a plain white box leaving me wishing for a bit more though in the packaging but it does the job, and protests the flask during transit. I purchased this item at a discounted rate for my honest review, however getting his discount in no way effected my opinion of the product.

While I got this for my sister who is about to have baby number 4 I did try it to see how it was. I am a size 18 and was able to wear the size large (for scale). The material is soft and breathable, perfect for wearing under clothing year round. The shaper is made with a loose bra (for breast feeding) its very easy to slip it down on either side. The mid section is a compression style shaper and works wonderfully, tucking in the problem area after having a baby. Around the hips is back to a loose fabric- which tended to be an issue, as it would slide up all day. I tried to tuck it into my pants and with a belt, but was still unable to keep it from sliding up. I think a better design would have been to make it compression all the way down. The back has a nice dip making it so you can wear low back items- falling about my mid back in the middle of the shaper. The front bra area also comes down into a V perfect for lower cut shirts. The shaper itself took my waist in almost 4 inches at the widest part and flattened my slides and front "muffin top" and gave me a very nice flat tummy. The shaper has minimal stitching and is not noticeable under clothing. I received this item free for my honest review, however getting this discount in no way effected my opinion of the product.

This small and light weight projector by FAVItech is so easy to use! The projector comes with itself, a lens cap, remote and AV cable adapter. It has a built in speaker but it is pretty quiet, to help with that I plugged in my computer speakers to the headphone jack and can blast the sound! The projector itself is very easy to use, like a tv you plug in your device and switch to that input on the projected screen. The screen can be as small or large as you like- I put it in the spare bedroom for movie nights with my nieces/nephews but we also have used it outside, projected onto the house. The projector can make a screen from 10 to 72 feet (wow). The first thing my husband did was plug in his game system and play a video game on the wall. There is no lag. The projected picture isn't the clearest, but can be adjusted by turning the lens to get the best picture possible. I wouldn't call it 720-1080 P but its a good picture for watching movies/ video games. I wouldn't use it for anything you need to read as its just not clear enough to read small print with. The projector has a variety of inputs including AV, HDMI, VGA, SD and USB- my husband loaded a bunch of movies onto a flash drive and we can play them right off of it. I like that because I don't want to drag out a bunch of devices when we use it outdoors- its also great because we can take it with us to friends homes and play movies off the memory cards without having to hook up to their devices. I love that it has a tripod screw for outdoor use- it allows us to hook it up and get the prefect angle. The included remote is very useful but you do need to be within a few feet to get it to work- the projector does have operational buttons on the top as well. The remote takes 2 AAA batteries (not included). I really like the different color options- Black, Pink, Green, Blue, Yellow or White. Overall its great for the price! ($165).
