I have been on a weight loss journey for about a year now. When I first started I didn't know the first thing about exercise or all the products there were out there and I am only now starting to try out different products- with exercise balls being one of my favorites. There are just so many different things you can do with one (even more then I thought there was!) and the included Ebook has given me so many more exercises to add to my daily routine. This ball is awesome- I love the purple color- It matches my live infinitely water bottle perfectly and its my favorite color! Its made with very strong material that supports my full weight and I don't fear it'll pop like some other balls I've used. It comes in a small box (deflated or course) with 2 plastic stoppers, a tool to remove the stopper and a pump. I had originally thought I could deflate it between workouts because I have such a small space but that's not going to be option. Pumping the ball up took around 10 minutes with the included pump and about the same time to fully deflate it enough to get back into the box. The tool to remove the stopper is very useful but I will say that it was pretty hard to get the stopper out, (which is good thing as it won't come out during use) but when it finally did come out it went flying across the room. Since that first day I have just left it full and shove it into the closet when not in use. This is probably the best exercise ball I've used and I love that it comes with the ebook- it has already taught me so much more about working out! I printed the ebook and created a workout binder- I love all the detailed colored imagines- they ensure that I am doing the exercise right- thus avoiding hurting myself! I received this item at a discounted rate for my honest review, however getting this discount in no way effected my opinion of the product.
