I have lived in Northern California for most of my life and anybody who's been here in the summer knows it gets tormentingly hot (well over 100*.... with 110-120 averages) having a shade like the Alpha Shade is not just a nice idea, it's a necessity! Its only early May and already in the mid 90's here and I am really glad I got this product for free for my honest review. It is really easy to put in your window, using the visors. I had it in while I was at work and when I came out to leave my car had to of been 10 degrees cooler, not only that but it kept the seat belt, steering wheel and my leather seats cool! Taking it down was also super easy and it folded up nice and tidy into its satchel. The Alpha shape just pops open and your ready to go.
