I have had issues with Insomnia for the better part of my life. I have taken various forms of sleeping medication since I was in middle school ( over 20 years). I have tried everything from over the counter sleep aids to heavy prescription medications. I hate taking these heavy sleep aids because they put you down so far, leave you feeling terrible in the morning and have some very harsh side effects. When I was able to try Dreamz free for my honest review, I thought I would give it a try. With an all natural ingredient list I felt good about putting it into my body. For me, these pills softly let me drift to sleep naturally (as opposed to the heavy overwhelming 'push' to sleep with heavy sleep aids). For the first time in a LONG time I woke up feeling refreshed and not groggy. I didn't have to stumble to the coffee maker just to get out of bed. I am very impressed with these pills! The pills are rather large (see pictures- penny for scale), and have a slight smell to them, if you can get past those two things these are worth it!
