With the way technology has taken over our lives, everyone should be learning computer science. Just in my life time I've seen amazing changes in tech from Windows Dos in my childhood to more computing power then it took to put a man on the moon in my pocket. Its no wonder schools are jumping on board and starting to teach coding at a younger and younger age- and its really never too early to learn. Who know where our technology will take us in another 30 years! That's what makes this program so great. Its made for children using terms, and gaming in a way that they can understand. This course is only for JavaScript, while the website offers several other courses. This JavaScript Course is a 30 hour course that will teach your child (or you) anything and everything you would need to know to start coding. This also comes with a 8 gig flash drive (sorta shaped like a key and has a whole to put on a key ring) so you can take your projects with you on the go! While I do wish this opened more courses on the website- the code that comes with this only unlocks one, and only the JavaScript course- you cannot choose which course you would like to take. I would still recommend this program for anyone wanting to start learning the wonderful world that is coding. I was able to purchase this at a discounted rate for my honest review, however receiving this discount did not effect my opinion of the product.
