But does it work? Short answer- Yes! Long answer- I have really bad constipation due to having to take sleeping aides everyday. Even on the first use I found it a lot easier to push out the hard bowel movements I have. The way it aligns my body when I go bathroom makes it so much easier. I don't have to strain to go.
