I am a huge tea lover, and anyone that loves tea knows that the best brew comes from loose tea. Something happens to tea when its bagged, whether its just age or something in the process, its just not the same as drinking tea made from loose leaves. I own several tea infusers but I have never seen one as part of the cup set, and I just love the idea. This beautiful ceramic cup comes with saucer, cup, infuser and lid. The cup has stunning Ancient Chinese Calligraphy wishing the owner health, happiness and harmony. While I'll stick to hand washing this beautiful piece of art it is dishwasher and microwave safe. At 12 oz (1.5 cups) it offers the perfect amount of tea per cup. My one complaint is the infusers wholes are rather large and it allows for smaller cut tea to seep into the cup, I've taken to putting a coffee filter in when I use smaller cut teas. I received this item free or my honest review however getting this discount in no way effected my opinion of the product.
