This flask holds 8 oz (or 1 cup) of fluid, and is 7 inches tall. The greatest things about this flask are the built in shot glass and bonus funnel. The shot glass is super easy to remove and is perfect for sharing a sip or if you don't want to drink straight from it. Anyone who has ever put liquid into the tiny opening in a flask knows the struggle is real, the included funnel makes it so you don't lose 1 drip while filling the flask. My only complaint is the metal strip that holds the lid while open is rather loose and makes noise (metal clinking sound) when your walking around/ carrying this flask. While it doesn't really bother me, I could see how it could be annoying. I received this product for free for my honest review, however getting this discount did not effect my opinion in any way.
