My husband is a chef so we have had our fair share of kitchen utensils, so I can honestly say that these are professional quality utensils. When I first got them I was amaze with the weight of them, made from stainless steel and food grade silicone, gives them a nice weight without being tiresome to use. The silicone ensures that they hold up to heat/ cold and they won't scratch Teflon (nonstick) Pans. I love that the are dishwasher safe and have cute little heart shaped wholes for hanging. The set comes with seven tools all together and they are wrapped together in a clear plastic bag.
