While I would consider myself "young" still in my early 30's, time is cruel and I've been hard on my body. From a massive shoulder injury to sciatica I have my fair share of 'pains'. In the past I have taken to pain pills and rest and just hoping the pain would decrease. I got the chance to review this item at a discounted rate and I figured it wouldn't hurt to give it a try.... And what I got was just the opposite of hurt- The Tens Unit Muscle Stimulator quickly massages away small everyday aches to the live altering severe pains alike!
The machine comes in a small box complete with 4 sticky pads, 2 plastic things to store the pads and their wires, the 2 wires to attach to the pads, the unit itself, charging cable, and instructions. The machine is very simple to use, once charged turn it on and choose your favorite settings. The interface is also very simple to use- with pictures of the type of massage for quick, easy usage. I like to use all 4 pads at once, putting 2 on my bad shoulder and 2 on my lower back. I love that the two different sets can be separately controlled for my two problem areas. After only a few minutes with this on the pain starts to reduce and after the 20 minute timer stops, I feel wonderful! The machine itself is chargeable and then portable- if you wanted you could use it on the go- I had mine on in the car on a road trip and every time my back started to act up (from sitting in the same spot for too long) I turned it on and was able to relax and have my pain reduced.
I honestly don't know how I've lived without this small little gadget for so long. I is such a great little product! I don't just highly recommend this if you have any pain- I'm telling you, You NEED this product! The Tens Muscle Stimulator has changed my life in just a few days!
